Rolling Nutrition Assistance Integrity. Across every canonical surface.

On 12 May 2026 the CEO confirmed four operational decisions tied to the launch of the Nutrition Assistance Integrity vertical: (1) vertical name locked, (2) vertical count update across canonical surfaces, (3) new vertical page slotted into /products navigation, (4) Pre-Settlement and Retroactive product pages to carry NAI scope language as additional coverage. This memo captures every surface that requires editing, the exact before-and-after text for canonical metric blocks, and the order of operations. It is intended for coordinated execution by Content (jilsovereign.com), BD (MCO deck), and Finance (Infrastructure Valuation Memo) before the next external distribution cycle.

The following is the new canonical metric block to use across all institutional surfaces (jilsovereign.com Company menu, MCO deck cover slides, Infrastructure Valuation Memo, vendor due diligence packet, and channel partner one-pagers). This block replaces every prior version once the conflict in Section 07 is resolved.

Two values changed: 175 → 203 checks (+28 SNAP), 16 → 17 categories (+ Nutrition Assistance), 9 → 10 verticals (+ NAI). All other values unchanged.

Every surface where canonical metrics or vertical lists appear, with before-and-after values and change type. Owner sign-off required per row before publication.

The Products dropdown currently lists three verticals (VA Integrity, Transportation Integrity, Medicare Claim Attestation). Adding Nutrition Assistance Integrity makes four verticals in the dropdown. The recommended position is between Transportation Integrity and Medicare Claim Attestation, ordered roughly by federal-channel proximity. Snippet of recommended top-bar markup:

The /products page main canvas also requires adding the new vertical card in Section 02 (Verticals · same Verdict Engine). Recommended ordering on the canvas is the same as the dropdown. Footer "Products" column should mirror the Verticals submenu and add the same entry.

The product strategy decision (per CEO sign-off) is to express Nutrition Assistance Integrity as additional coverage on the existing Pre-Settlement and Retroactive product pages, not as new SKUs on those pages. The vertical page is the canonical home for the offering. Suggested coverage-block language for each page:

Tier 1 flat fee, $150K to $750K by program size.

MCO Pitch Deck

The MCO deck is healthcare-specific. Nutrition Assistance Integrity does not change the MCO pricing matrix and does not require a new SKU row in the MCO two-track model. The deck updates are limited to:

• Cover slide: replace canonical metric strip with the new block from Section 02.
• Platform scope slide: update vertical count (9 → 10), note NAI as additional vertical on the same Verdict Engine. Single bullet.
• No changes to UM Attestation or Settlements/FWAE pricing tracks.

Infrastructure Valuation Memo

The Valuation Memo is more substantive. Recommended updates:

• Canonical metric block on cover: replace with Section 02 new block.
• SOTP table: add a new TAM line item for Nutrition Assistance Integrity. Recommended conservative inputs: $113B SNAP annual flow, 0.35% capture rate by Year 5, implies ~$400M ARR contribution at maturity. Adjusts midpoint upward by approximately $1.2B at 3x ARR multiple (call it $20.7B midpoint vs. prior $19.5B). Floor and ceiling adjust proportionally.
• Vertical inventory section: update from 9 to 10 verticals with NAI brief description.
• Patent count: no change (NAI uses existing protocol patents, the 28 SNAP checks bind to the Rule Attestation Network already covered under existing claims).

Two metric-drift conflicts were identified between the live site and the internal canonical reference (memory) during this update cycle. Both require CEO resolution before the new canonical block is published. These should be resolved in the same operational pass so all surfaces converge on a single source of truth.

Recommended sequence to roll the launch cleanly. Steps 1 through 3 are gating; steps 4 through 9 can execute in parallel once the gates clear.
