Payment Integrity Attestation. Trust Before Money Moves.
JIL Payment Integrity is a platform, not a payment processor. It sits between your platform and your existing processors, payout providers, and settlement workflows, and it scores and attests every payment, creator payout, refund, and high-risk account event before money moves. Every event receives a risk score, a trust score, a signed attestation, and a court-ready evidence record.
The challenge is no longer moving money. The challenge is knowing whether money should move. JIL is the transaction trust layer that answers that question across 150+ data sources, a global reputation graph, and a bad-actor intelligence network, in real time.
A platform, not an API
Transaction trust infrastructure for every payment event.
Competitors hand you a fraud score. JIL is a platform: a risk engine, a trust engine, a reputation graph, a global bad-actor intelligence network, and a court-ready evidence framework, settled and metered on one rail. The API is simply how you reach it. What you adopt is the platform underneath.
150+ data sources
Breadth is the moat. One platform, every signal.
A fraud score from a single vendor sees a sliver of the picture. JIL fuses 150+ data sources into one deterministic decision, then keeps the evidence. Categories below; specific vendors are wired per engagement and are tracked in the platform data-source registry.
Identity verification
Document plus biometric verification, identity graphs, and linkage analysis from providers such as Trulioo, Persona, Sumsub, Alloy, Socure, Jumio, Onfido, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
Sanctions, PEP, watchlists
Free official consolidated lists screened directly: OFAC SDN, EU consolidated, UK OFSI (HMT), and UN consolidated, plus aggregated PEP and adverse-media coverage. Real, no-cost, authoritative feeds.
Device intelligence
Device fingerprinting, emulator and virtual-machine detection, and tamper signals from providers such as Fingerprint, ThreatMetrix, Arkose Labs, and SEON.
IP and network intelligence
Country, ASN, hosting-provider, VPN, proxy, and Tor detection from providers such as MaxMind, IPQS, Spur, and Cloudflare Radar.
Card and dispute consortium
Chargeback and dispute alerts from Mastercard Ethoca and Visa Verifi, plus network risk services for funded-instrument intelligence.
Crypto intelligence
Wallet-address risk and exposure scoring and OFAC-listed virtual-currency address screening, with providers such as Chainalysis, TRM Labs, and Elliptic.
How it works
From payment event to attested decision, before settlement.
Call JIL before authorization for purchases, before settlement for creator payouts, and before approving high-risk refunds. The platform enriches the event across its data sources, runs the deterministic risk engine, and returns a Pass, Review, Block, or Escalate decision with the reason codes, the risk factors, and the sanctions result, in real time.
Signal enrichment
User, device, network, payment, geo, velocity, sanctions, reputation, and wallet signals are gathered in parallel across the platform data sources, with per-source timeouts so a slow vendor never stalls the decision.
Deterministic risk engine
Nine risk dimensions are scored by explicit rules and blended into a composite (0-30 Pass, 31-70 Review, 71-100 Block), with deterministic severity floors and hard overrides for confirmed sanctions and critical bad-actor hits. No machine learning sits in the decision path.
Signed attestation
The decision is recorded as a signed attestation with a risk score, trust score, confidence, reason codes, and recommended actions. The reputation graph is updated and the event is metered on the JIL settlement rail.
Court-ready CREB™
Disputed, blocked, or confirmed-fraud events generate a Court Ready Evidence Bundle (CREB), self-authenticating under FRE 902(14), anchored on CourtChain with an Ed25519 plus Dilithium-III (ML-DSA-65) signature and Kyber KEM.
Live attestation
Score a payment event against the live platform.
This calls the production attestation endpoint and returns a real deterministic decision. Adjust the signals and watch the decision, risk score, and reason codes change. No payment data leaves your platform: identifiers are tokenized or hashed.
Platform components
Six components, one trust layer.
Real-time decisioning
Orchestrates enrichment and scoring with a sub-50ms target on the cached path, returns Pass, Review, Block, or Escalate, and records a signed, metered attestation for every event.
Deterministic scoring
Nine dimensions (user, device, network, geo, payment, velocity, sanctions, creator, wallet), explicit rules, reproducible composite, and a known reason-code catalog. Defensible under Daubert because there is no ML in the verdict.
Entity relationships
Tracks the relationships between users, devices, wallets, cards, IPs, and creators, so a fraud ring surfaces as a cluster rather than as isolated events.
Global intelligence
A consortium-style repository of users, devices, IPs, wallets, cards, and creators with severity and reason codes, so a confirmed bad actor at one event is known at the next.
OFAC, EU, UK, UN
Direct screening against the free official consolidated lists, plus OFAC-listed virtual-currency address matching, with confirmed matches escalating to compliance.
Court-ready evidence
Assembles the attestation, the rule-execution trace, the evidence index, and the chain of custody into a sealed Court Ready Evidence Bundle anchored on CourtChain under FRE 902(14).
What this is not
Scope, plainly.
- A platform, not a payment processor, payment gateway, or merchant acquirer. JIL never moves or holds funds.
- Not a fraud-only vendor. JIL adds a trust score, a reputation graph, bad-actor intelligence, and court-ready evidence on top of the risk score.
- AI is used for operational efficiency only, never to determine an outcome. Every decision is produced by deterministic rules, sanctions-list matching, and human review. AVA™ may cluster signals or draft narratives; it never determines the decision.
- The JIL token is solely the settlement and metering rail for attestation volume (configurable basis points per attestation event). It is not a consumer asset and does not touch any payment balance.
- Not legal advice. Counsel review is required before launch.
Commercial model
Platform plus usage, aligned to protected value.
JIL Payment Integrity is delivered as an enterprise platform with usage-based attestation metering and a court-ready evidence layer. Pricing scales with protected payment volume and the value of fraud avoided, and is shared under engagement. Figures are not published here.
Put trust before money moves.
Brief your payments, risk, or compliance team. We will walk the attestation platform, the deterministic risk engine, the reputation graph and bad-actor intelligence, the 150+ data sources, the sanctions screening, and the court-ready CREB anchored on CourtChain.
