Pricing principles

Terms follow the assessment.

JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. does not publish a rate card on this site. Pricing is set against the value the work measurably recovers and protects for the customer. An exposure assessment measures that value first.

What stays true

The assessment sets the terms. The customer keeps the record.

01

The work

The price depends on the population, the workflow, and whether the work starts in shadow mode.

02

The approval

A person at the customer approves any path that holds or releases money.

03

The record

The customer keeps the sealed record. JIL does not hold funds and does not replace the systems that already pay claims.

Return on investment

The price is set where the return is clear.

01

Measure the value

The assessment counts the dollars the sealed record can recover and the dollars pre-payment review can protect, on the customer's own population.

02

Set the fee against it

ROI is that recovered and protected value divided by the fee. For health plans, the invoice is an ROI-based fee plus a floor license. There are no flat tiers. Hospitals are on a different invoice, stated on the hospital page.

03

Keep the recoveries

For a health plan, this is not a contingency fee. You keep the recoveries, and the fee does not rise when a recovery is larger. For a hospital, the assessment is free. JIL charges a share of the dollars recovered, starting at 30%, paid only on recovery, on denials over 60 days. The payment lands in the hospital's account. The Audit Ready (AREB) subscription is priced per customer and does not take a recovery share. Hospital denials recovery.
