01Claims Adjudication Integrity

Before a claim settles, the Verdict Engine validates provider credentialing, procedure-diagnosis alignment, benefit coverage mapping, and duplicate claim detection. Fraudulent, erroneous, or non-compliant claims are flagged with structured evidence before money moves. The plan avoids paying the claim it would later try to recover.

02Historical Claims Audit

Ingest 12, 24, or 36 months of settled claims and run the full Verdict Engine. Retroactive Scan surfaces claims paid against incorrect benefit mappings, expired provider credentials, duplicate submissions across TINs, and clinical-procedural mismatches. Each finding is sealed to CourtChain with the same evidentiary standard as pre-settlement.

03Tax Refund Fraud Interdiction

For government payers, pre-settlement attestation applies to tax refund disbursements. The Verdict Engine validates identity, filing consistency, and known fraud patterns before the refund is released. The sealed evidence record provides the issuing authority with defensible proof of due diligence on every disbursement.

04Bad Actor Pattern Detection

Cross-claim analysis identifies providers, billing entities, or facilities exhibiting systematic patterns: upcoding, unbundling, phantom referrals, and coordinated submission across multiple payer relationships. Flagged patterns are registered in the Bad Actor Registry and sealed with structured evidence for downstream enforcement action.

Pre-settlement operates synchronously within the adjudication cycle via API or Connector SDK. Retroactive operates in batch mode via Snowflake, SFTP, or direct API. Both modes produce the same verdict structure, the same CREB packaging, and the same CourtChain seal. The plan's existing workflows remain unchanged. Integration takes 8 to 12 weeks to production. No rip-and-replace.
