01Pilot: Single Jurisdiction

Entry-level sovereign deployment for institutions establishing in-country attestation capability. Single jurisdiction, single validator cluster, standard Verdict Engine configuration. Designed for central banks, financial regulators, and large financial institutions beginning sovereign compliance infrastructure. Includes source escrow, perpetual licence, and JIL network integration for cross-jurisdiction attestation verification.

02Mid-Sovereign: Dual-Track

Multi-jurisdiction deployment with AWS Bedrock + SageMaker (GPU) integration for AI-assisted clinical reasoning and pattern detection. Dual validator tracks: one for real-time pre-settlement attestation, one for retroactive scan and intelligence workloads. Includes dedicated SCN (Sovereign Compliance Network) validator nodes, cross-jurisdiction attestation bridging, and priority JIL network peering.

03Major Financial Centre

Full sovereign deployment for jurisdictions operating as financial centres. Multi-cluster validator architecture, post-quantum cryptography (Dilithium-III + Kyber KEM), hardware security module integration, and full Verdict Engine customization. Designed for sovereign wealth funds, central banks, and financial hub regulators. Includes regulatory mapping for the operator's jurisdiction, cross-network attestation authority, and multi-vertical coverage.

04What you own
  • Source escrow. Full source code held in escrow. Released to the operator under defined trigger events. No vendor dependency for continuity.
  • Perpetual licence. The right to operate the Sovereign Stack in perpetuity. No annual renewal required. No usage-based escalation.
  • In-country validators. SCN validator nodes operate on the operator's hardware, in the operator's jurisdiction, under the operator's law.
  • Your evidence. All CREBs, CourtChain records, and PoCS state generated on the Sovereign Stack belong to the operator. Full data sovereignty.
05How it works

JIL delivers the Sovereign Stack as a deployable codebase with training, integration support, and network onboarding. The operator deploys to its own infrastructure (on-prem, private cloud, or hybrid). JIL's network integration layer connects the operator's validators to the broader Sovereign Compliance Network for cross-jurisdiction attestation verification. The operator retains full governance over its own validators, keys, and data residency. JIL provides ongoing updates, security patches, and Verdict Engine rule library updates under the maintenance agreement.

  • Not a white-label. The operator runs JIL's infrastructure under its own governance. This is ownership, not rebranding.
  • Not isolated. Sovereign operators connect to the global SCN for cross-jurisdiction verification. Sovereignty does not mean disconnection.
  • Not a pilot program. Tier 1 is the smallest deployment, but it is production-grade from day one.
