Pillar Four

Wallet Intelligence

Behavioral analytics, risk scoring, and compliance attestation for digital wallets. The Wallet Intelligence Engine continuously evaluates wallet activity against fraud patterns, sanctions lists, and regulatory thresholds, producing sealed evidence for every risk determination.

A wallet address is not an identity. It is a pattern of behavior. The Wallet Intelligence Engine (WIE) translates on-chain activity into structured risk intelligence, scoring wallets against known fraud typologies, sanctions exposure, mixing behavior, and velocity anomalies. Every risk determination is attested by the Verdict Engine and sealed to CourtChain™ with the same evidentiary standard applied to healthcare claims.

01Exchange Compliance Monitoring

Exchanges face continuous AML and sanctions obligations. WIE monitors wallet activity in real time, flagging deposits and withdrawals that exhibit mixing, layering, structuring, or sanctions exposure. Each flag is attested and sealed, giving the exchange a defensible compliance record for every transaction it processes.

02Custodian Risk Assessment

Before a custodian accepts a deposit or processes a withdrawal, WIE provides a real-time risk score for the originating or destination wallet. The score reflects behavioral history, counterparty exposure, and pattern analysis. The custodian receives both the score and the sealed evidence supporting it, enabling confident, auditable decisioning.

03DeFi Protocol Risk Layer

DeFi protocols have no built-in compliance infrastructure. WIE can serve as an attestation oracle, providing risk intelligence on wallet addresses interacting with the protocol. Smart contracts can query WIE via API before processing transactions, adding a compliance layer without centralizing control or compromising protocol sovereignty.

04Law Enforcement and Regulatory Intelligence

When investigators or regulators need to trace funds, attribute wallet clusters, or build evidentiary cases, WIE provides structured, court-ready intelligence. Every determination in the WIE output chain is sealed under FRE 902(14), self-authenticating, and re-verifiable. The evidence is designed for the courtroom, not just the dashboard.

05How it works
13-chain risk fan · continuous WIE scoring
Wallet Intelligence - 13-Chain Risk Fan + Continuous Scoring A wallet address is queried across 13 supported chains (BTC, ETH, SOL, BSC, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Base, Tron, XRP, ATOM, XLM). Heuristic clustering and a typology library produce a behavioral + exposure score that is continuously updated. Scores in the green band allow transfer; amber triggers policy review with a CREB™; red blocks the transfer and pushes the address to the Bad Actor Registry. 13 supported chains Wallet Integrity Engine (WIE) Risk gauge + BAR registry BTCUTXO ETHEVM SOLUTXO+ BSCEVM MATICL2 ARBL2 OPL2 AVAXEVM BASEL2 TRXEVM XRPUTXO ATOMIBC XLMSCP Wallet 0xA1...4B7C queried across all 13 WIE Behavioral + exposure scoring Typology library Mixer Darknet Ransomware OFAC hop Phishing Smurfing Mule chain Bridge wash PEP layer 42 signals · P95 < 200ms Risk score 78 of 100 0 30 70 100 Allow 0-30 Hold 30-70 Block 70-100 BLOCK · SEALED DENIAL ISSUED Bad Actor Registry (BAR) Address auto-registered Visible to all 11 verticals 15+ year retention on CourtChain™ REST + webhook + SDK access CourtChain™ seal - KYT decision provenance · reproducible by any consumer

WIE ingests on-chain data and applies behavioral analytics, sanctions screening, and pattern recognition. Risk scores are computed continuously, not on-demand. When a wallet crosses a risk threshold, the Verdict Engine attests the determination and seals the evidence to CourtChain™. Flagged wallets are registered in the Bad Actor Registry for cross-institutional visibility. REST API with webhook notifications. SDK available for direct smart contract integration with sub-second query response.

06What you get
  • Continuous risk scoring. Real-time behavioral analysis, not periodic batch reports. Scores update as wallet activity changes.
  • Sealed evidence per determination. Every risk flag receives a CREB™, self-authenticating under FRE 902(14).
  • Bad Actor Registry. Cross-institutional registry of flagged wallets. Network participants benefit from shared intelligence.
  • API-first integration. Query WIE via REST API. Integrate into existing compliance workflows, trading systems, or smart contracts.
07What this is not
  • Not identity verification. WIE analyzes wallet behavior, not personal identity. It is a behavioral intelligence layer, not a KYC provider.
  • Not a transaction blocker. WIE provides intelligence and evidence. The institution decides whether to act.
  • Not chain-specific. WIE is designed to ingest activity from multiple chains. It is infrastructure, not a single-chain tool.
  • Not a black box. Every score is explainable, every determination is evidence-backed, every flag is auditable.
