Methodology Disclosure

Benchmarks are measured under controlled conditions on the JIL mainnet signing-node fleet. 800ms = cryptographic finality (independent signing quorum). End-to-end wall-clock time including network propagation is under 2 seconds. Finality times represent latency from intent submission through the independent signing quorum to receipt issuance.
