Timestamp (ISO 8601)
NTP-synchronized consensus-agreed wall-clock time. SCN Validator clocks are cross-checked during attestation.
Quorum Attestation (14-of-20) BFT
Ed25519 signatures from at least 14 of 20 SCN validators. Each signature includes the SCN validator identity, jurisdiction, and signing timestamp.
BID Binding Proof
Cryptographic beneficiary identity binding. Proves ownership without revealing private identity data.
Policy Attestation
On-chain compliance rule confirmation for the originating and destination jurisdictions.
Rail Execution Confirmation
Proof of execution on the designated rail - fiat corridor, crypto bridge, or cross-chain relay - with a final state hash.
