What V28 actually is
V28 is the CMS payment-model transition. JIL has it coded. The flag defaults off. A briefing can be thorough on V22/V24 without turning V28 on.
Why this matters in a pitch
Buyers who have been burned by 'AI that finds RADV' need honesty. Future-proof means the workbench is ready. It does not mean we pretend the audit model changed last Tuesday.
