Digital Asset Infrastructure

Institutional Wallet

A wallet built for institutions, not individuals. Multi-signature governance, compliance-integrated transaction approval, and cryptographic evidence on every movement. Every outbound transfer is attested by the Verdict Engine and sealed to CourtChain™ before execution.

Consumer wallets optimize for speed and simplicity. Institutional wallets must optimize for governance, compliance, and evidence. The JIL Institutional Wallet integrates attestation at the transaction layer, not as an aftermarket compliance wrapper. Every transfer request passes through the Verdict Engine before execution. Every executed transfer produces a sealed CREB™. The wallet is the compliance infrastructure.

01Institutional Custody Operations

Custodians, exchanges, and fund administrators managing digital assets on behalf of clients. Every inbound deposit is screened by WIE. Every outbound transfer requires multi-sig approval and Verdict Engine attestation before execution. The custodian's compliance record is sealed to CourtChain™ in real time, not reconstructed for quarterly audits.

02Institutional Wallet Management

Corporate treasuries holding digital assets for operational or reserve purposes. The Institutional Wallet enforces policy-based spending controls, approval hierarchies, and counterparty verification. Every treasury movement produces sealed evidence of authorization, policy compliance, and counterparty attestation. Designed for CFO-level governance over digital asset positions.

03Multi-Sig Governance

Configurable multi-signature approval workflows with role-based access, time-locked transfers, and quorum requirements. The wallet enforces governance rules at the cryptographic layer, not as application-level logic. Approval events are signed individually and sealed to CourtChain™. The governance record is auditable, re-verifiable, and admissible.

04Compliance-Integrated Wallet

AML, sanctions, and counterparty screening integrated at the transaction layer. Every transfer request is screened by WIE and attested by the Verdict Engine before the wallet signs the transaction. Flagged transfers are held pending review. The wallet produces a continuous PoCS visible to compliance officers, auditors, and regulators without requiring log reconstruction.

05How it works
2-of-3 MPC triangle · 14-of-20 BFT signing ring
Institutional Wallet - MPC Triangle + BFT Signing Ring The wallet uses 2-of-3 MPC threshold signing across three shards (user device, JIL escrow, jurisdiction co-signer). Any two reconstruct the signing intent without ever reassembling the full private key. The signed intent then passes through the 14-of-20 BFT validator ring on JIL L1 (validators across 13+ jurisdictions). Only when both MPC threshold AND BFT quorum sign does the transfer broadcast to the chain. 2-of-3 MPC threshold 14-of-20 BFT ring · JIL L1 Outcomes 2-of-3 signed User device shard 1 JIL escrow shard 2 Jx co-signer shard 3 Any 2 of 3 · full key never reassembled Ed25519 + Dilithium-III hybrid 14 / 20 BFT quorum · 13+ jx Active validators in gold · standby validators dim Sign + broadcast Transfer signed by 14+ validators CREB™ sealed on CourtChain™ Hold Policy review · WIE flag raised Manual approval queued Reject Policy violation · spend limit / sanctions Sealed denial · no broadcast CourtChain™ seal - every shard contribution + validator signature recorded

The Institutional Wallet operates as a self-custodied or managed-custodied wallet infrastructure with the Verdict Engine integrated at the transaction signing layer. When a transfer is initiated, the request passes through WIE screening and Verdict Engine attestation. If the verdict is Pass, the wallet signs and broadcasts. If Review or Block, the transfer is held. Every step is sealed to CourtChain™. Multi-sig approvals are collected cryptographically and recorded individually. Post-quantum signing (Dilithium-III) is available for institutions requiring quantum-resistant infrastructure.

06What you get
  • Pre-transfer attestation. Every outbound transfer verified by the Verdict Engine before the wallet signs. No unattested movements.
  • Multi-sig governance. Role-based approval workflows with configurable quorum, time-locks, and spending limits. Cryptographically enforced.
  • WIE integration. Wallet Intelligence Engine screening on every counterparty. Risk scores and flags sealed as evidence.
  • Sealed evidence per movement. CREB™ issued for every transfer. CourtChain™ sealed. 15+ year retention. FRE 902(14) self-authenticating.
07What this is not
  • Not a consumer wallet. No retail UX, no browser extension, no mobile app for individuals. This is institutional infrastructure.
  • Not a custody service. JIL provides the wallet infrastructure. The institution holds its own keys.
  • Not chain-specific. Multi-chain support. The wallet is infrastructure, not a single-network tool.
  • Not a compliance overlay. Attestation is integrated at the signing layer, not bolted on after the fact.
08Pricing and deployment
