The marks listed below are property of JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (Wyoming) and are licensed perpetually and irrevocably to JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. (Delaware) for use in commerce. Each mark is used as identified; unauthorized use, dilution, or implied affiliation is prohibited.

01 · Marks in commerce

JIL Sovereign uses the following marks in commerce. Each mark is the property of JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC and is denoted with ™ in printed and electronic materials.

Mark display rule. On first mention in any document, marketing collateral, web page, or external communication, use the mark with its ™ (or ® where applicable) symbol. Subsequent mentions on the same page may drop the symbol. Marks must not be used as verbs, possessives, plurals, or generic terms.

02 · Ownership and licensing

Marks owned by Wyoming, licensed to Delaware.

Owner of record

JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the legal owner of every JIL Sovereign mark identified on this page. Holdings receives perpetual and irrevocable licensee royalties from JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., the operating entity in Delaware.

Licensee

JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is the perpetual and irrevocable licensee of every JIL Sovereign mark for use in commerce in the technology and financial-services domains identified above. The license is non-exclusive only as required by sublicense arrangements with Global Hands, Inc. (Attestyx) and authorized federal channel partners.

Attestyx sublicense

The Attestyx mark is operated under sublicense by Global Hands, Inc., a Texas-headquartered US 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-1444754), pursuant to a fair-market-value master services agreement between JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. and Global Hands. The underlying attestation technology IP remains the property of JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC at all times.

Patent estate alignment

JIL Sovereign's 84-claim provisional patent portfolio (claims 1–84 as of May 2026) is held under the same Wyoming → Delaware licensing structure. The patent estate covers settlement attestation, pre-clearance authorization, retroactive verification, sovereign deployment, and the underlying CourtChain™/CREB™/AVA™ mechanism families.

03 · Permitted use by third parties

Reference use is permitted; affiliation use is not.

Permitted · Referential use

Third parties may refer to JIL Sovereign marks in news coverage, academic publications, regulatory commentary, and accurate factual descriptions of JIL Sovereign products or services. Use of the ™ symbol is requested at first mention but not legally required for accurate referential use.

Not permitted · Implied affiliation

Third parties may not use JIL Sovereign marks as part of a product name, trade name, domain name, social-media handle, brand identity, marketing collateral, or in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or partnership with JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. or any affiliated entity, without prior written authorization.

Not permitted · Modification

JIL Sovereign marks may not be altered, abbreviated beyond their canonical form, translated, transliterated, combined with other terms, or rendered as logos different from those published on jilsovereign.com.

Enforcement

JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC reserves the right to enforce its marks against unauthorized, infringing, or dilutive use. Notice of suspected infringement may be sent to legal@jilsovereign.com.

04 · Registration status

JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. and JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC are pursuing federal trademark registration for the marks listed above through US Patent and Trademark Office Section 1(a) Use-in-Commerce applications. Pending registration, all marks are denoted with ™ (or ® where the corporate brand is registered). Once a mark issues to registration, this page will be updated to reflect the registration number and class scope.

JIL Sovereign tracks first-use-in-commerce dates per mark in its internal counsel files. Wayback Machine, Cloudflare logs, and git blame on the relevant HTML files provide independently verifiable evidence of first-use dates for CourtChain™ (2026-02-21 first homepage appearance), CREB™ (concurrent), and AVA™ (2026-04-26 AVE→AVA™ rename per internal change record).
