Overview
JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware technology company, founded in 2024 and operated from Dallas, Texas. Seal and Verification
Each bundle carries a hybrid Ed25519 and ML-DSA-65 signature and a hash chain over its evidence, with RFC 3161 timestamps on sealed products. Counsel receives a sealed file, not a login, and can check it without this company's live cooperation. Verify a bundle.
Pricing
For a health plan, no contingency. Pricing is set against the measurable value the work recovers and protects for the customer. An ROI-based fee plus a floor license. The bundles are included. The customer keeps the recoveries. A hospital pays a share of dollars recovered on denials over 60 days, starting at 30%, and only on recovery, then an Audit Ready (AREB) subscription with no recovery share. Pricing principles.
