Overview

JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. is a Delaware-incorporated technology company building proof-based settlement infrastructure for institutional digital assets. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, JIL Sovereign operates as a subsidiary of JIL Sovereign Holdings, LLC (Wyoming).

The company's core product is an institutional settlement platform where users hold their own keys through MPC 2-of-3 threshold signing while receiving up to $250K in automatic protection coverage. The platform evaluates compliance, binds beneficiary identity to settlement intent, and produces deterministic finality receipts before value moves.

JIL Sovereign is not a memecoin, cryptocurrency exchange, or DeFi protocol. It is a technology company building infrastructure comparable to DTCC for tokenized assets. The company holds 53 patent claims (15 independent claims + 88 dependent) covering core innovations in MPC key splitting, zero-knowledge compliance, biometric proof-of-humanity, autonomous AI token management, self-healing smart contracts, MEV protection, and secure document vaults.

Architecture

The JIL Sovereign architecture consists of a purpose-built Layer 1 blockchain (jil5600-core, written in Rust), a 20-node SCN validator network operating across 13 compliance jurisdictions, and over 250+ production services handling settlement routing, bridge attestations, MPC cosigning, compliance verification, and more.

Key architectural components include:

L1 Settlement Engine

Rust-based blockchain core (jil5600-core) delivering sub-2-second deterministic finality with adaptive BFT consensus targeting 70% quorum (14-of-20 SCN validators).

SCN Validator Network

20 geographically distributed SCN validators across 13 compliance jurisdictions (US, DE, EU, SG, CH, JP, GB, AE, BR, and more). 10 nodes currently live on mainnet.

MPC Cosigner

Multi-party computation service with BIP-44 HD key derivation. One master key derives chain-specific keys for 13 supported blockchains.

Cross-Chain Bridge

14-of-20 multisig bridge supporting 13+ chains with wrapper tokens (wBTC-JIL, wETH-JIL, wUSDC-JIL, etc.) for deposit-mint and unwrap-burn flows.

Compliance Engine

Corridor-based policy evaluation supporting 10 regulatory frameworks. KYC/KYB/BEC/BID verification stack with sanctions screening and risk scoring.

DEX v5

Institutional AMM with concentrated liquidity, MEV-protected execution routing, and retail lane engine for efficient order matching.

Wallet

The JIL Wallet is a self-custody institutional wallet where users retain full control of their private keys. The wallet uses MPC 2-of-3 threshold signing - the user holds one key shard, ensuring JIL never has access to user funds.

Settlement

JIL Sovereign achieves sub-2-second deterministic settlement finality - no probabilistic confirmation windows, no waiting for block confirmations. Every settlement produces a cryptographic finality receipt that serves as legal-grade proof of irreversible completion.

Before any value moves, JIL's corridor policy engine enforces jurisdiction-specific compliance rules, verifies beneficiary identity, and checks sanctions lists. This pre-settlement enforcement model ensures every transaction meets regulatory requirements before execution, producing audit-ready evidence packs.

Security

JIL Sovereign deploys post-quantum cryptography in production - Dilithium signatures and Kyber key encapsulation are live, not on a roadmap. These NIST-standardized algorithms protect against future quantum computing threats while maintaining backward compatibility with classical cryptographic systems.

The multi-layer security model includes MPC threshold signing, post-quantum crypto, hardware security modules (HSM), a 7-gate SCN validator startup sequence, HMAC-authenticated remote commands, and AES-256-GCM encrypted keys at rest.

Compliance

Built-in compliance infrastructure supporting 10 regulatory frameworks across 13 jurisdictions. The platform includes a full KYC/KYB/BEC/BID verification stack with sanctions screening (OpenSanctions + OFAC), risk scoring (0-100), cross-border controls (IBAN/BIC validation, FATF corridor flags), UBO graph analysis with circular ownership detection, and an immutable audit trail.

Token

The JIL token is an ERC-20 utility token on Ethereum Mainnet (contract: 0x9347efffa3e8985e0d35536b408cab48599971e8) with a total supply of 10 billion JIL. The token powers settlement operations on the JIL L1 blockchain - used for gas fees, SCN validator staking, and governance.

10% of JIL's profits are allocated to Human Flourishing initiatives via immutable smart contracts. Not a tax on clients or vendors - it comes from JIL's own revenue. The JILTreasury contract at 0x84fF5974c8C00F5B323965d925478A244E7d504F manages 5 vaults: SCN Validator Incentives (1B), Protocol Treasury (3B), Operations (2B), Ecosystem Fund (1B), and Strategic Reserve (0.5B).

The JIL token is not a security, memecoin, or speculative instrument.
