The plan keeps the recoveries.
Contingency pays the vendor from what you get back. This line is the cost of running the work. The recoveries stay with the customer.
Contingency taxes the recovery. This line does not.
A contingency vendor is paid from what you get back. The incentive is to enlarge the recovery, to stay in the case, and to treat the file as inventory. An operating plan that wants the money to stay on its own books needs a different contract: a cost of running payment integrity, not a share of the outcome. That is the offer. Healthcare payment integrity is MCO minimal OPEX in basis points, hospital 0.25% of net patient revenue, and hospice 1%. No contingency. The customer keeps the recoveries.
Read those three figures as the public line and stop. This page does not add a numeric basis-point rate. "Minimal OPEX in basis points" is the MCO phrase. It is not a license for a salesperson, or a model, to invent a number of basis points. Hospital is 0.25% of net patient revenue. Hospice is 1%. There is no fourth quiet rate on this page.
What the rate includes
Ava, the continuous shadow workbench, on the live RADV models V22 and V24. The SIU queue. Retrospective and pre-payment review as sealed records, not as a second invoice. CREB, AREB, PIEB, and RREB, including the RADV profiles of those four. When counsel asks for the next file, there is no per-bundle charge. You do not buy a new product when a flag that is currently off gets turned on, and there is no Ava Pro SKU waiting behind the rate.
V28, MEAT, and B11 extrapolation are coded and held ready, not active. Turning one on, if an engagement ever does, is not a surcharge and not a new contract. Until then they stay off. Do not pay anyone, including us, to pretend they are the audit CMS is running today. The model note is V22 and V24. The extrapolation limit is Humana v. Becerra.
What the rate is not
It is not a percent of recoveries. It is not CAPEX dressed up as a platform purchase you capitalize and forget. It is not a fee per finding, which is how a queue becomes a revenue target. It is not a share that appears only if the case goes well, and it is not a share that appears only if the case goes badly. The customer keeps 100% of recoveries. ROI, if you compute it, is the value the work recovers and protects, divided by the fee. This page does not run that division for you with a made-up recovered dollar.
Pricing for a specific scope still depends on population, workflow, and data readiness. That sentence is a scoping fact, not a second price list. Do not let it be used to smuggle in a contingency "while we see the data." The healthcare line above is the line. A conversation starts at connect, and the longer pricing note already on the site is payment integrity by buyer type. The slug of that older page is historical. The words to repeat are the buyer-type line, not a basis-point figure the slug might suggest.
Why the file is part of the price
A cheap alert and an expensive argument is the usual split. The flag is cheap. Authenticating it later is not. Putting the sealed bundle inside the operating rate is how the argument stops being a surprise invoice. CREB is the court-ready cover. AREB defends the chart. PIEB is the plan's integrity record. RREB is the non-legal recovery brief, sample-only, not a booked CMS number. You are not paying four vendors for four PDFs. The family is one seal, four jobs.
332 checks are active. The catalog holds 489, including definitions that are registered and not all executing. You are not buying "500 checks," and you are not buying a promise that every registered definition fires on day one. The active set is what the file can cite. Ava narrates on top of that set. It does not replace it, and it does not export the customer's workload to a public model API.
What you still do not get to claim
Paying the operating rate does not make a court admit the file. A court decides. It does not make a department approve the form. No department has. It does not revive nationwide extrapolation. Humana v. Becerra vacated it. It does not make V28 the current RADV model, and it does not make MEAT a CMS rule. It does not put JIL on your payment rail. Shadow mode scores. People decide. We do not hold the funds.
It also does not buy the Layer-1 or the wallet. Those are JIL Federation Technologies, Inc. at jilsovereign.net and getjil.com. This contract, on this host, is payment integrity and evidence from JIL Sovereign Technologies, Inc. Holdings is the licensor and has no product site. Keep the invoice on the company that operates the host.
Who should use this line
Medicare Advantage plans that are tired of funding a vendor from their own recoveries. SIU teams that need a queue without an auto-deny. Counsel who need the next package without a new statement of work. Hospice and hospital buyers who can read a rate against net patient revenue or the hospice line and do not want a percentage of "findings." The plan page is health plans. The workbench is Ava. The court-ready cover is CREB.
FAQ
Do you take a percentage of recoveries?
No. No contingency. The customer keeps the recoveries. Healthcare payment integrity is an operating rate, not a share.
What is the published price line?
MCO minimal OPEX in basis points. Hospital 0.25% of net patient revenue. Hospice 1%. There is no published numeric basis-point figure. Do not invent one.
Is CREB billed separately when counsel asks for a file?
No. CREB, AREB, PIEB, and RREB, including RADV profiles, are included. There is no per-bundle invoice.
Does the rate go up if V28 is turned on?
No. V28 is ready, not active. The rate does not jump when a flag turns on, and there is no separate Ava Pro to buy.
Is this CAPEX?
No. It is not CAPEX, and it is not a percent of recoveries. ROI is the value recovered and protected, divided by the fee. This page does not compute that with a made-up recovery.
