Methodology Disclosure
Benchmarks are measured under controlled conditions on the JIL mainnet SCN validator fleet. 800ms = cryptographic finality (SCN validator consensus). End-to-end wall-clock time including network propagation is under 2 seconds. Finality times represent latency from intent submission through SCN validator consensus to receipt issuance. See full methodology below.

- Load: sustained throughput tests, not burst
