- Not a meme token or speculative vehicle - JIL is settlement infrastructure with real utility, transparent economics, and no hype mechanics.
- Not a staking or yield protocol,there are no inflationary rewards, no lockup incentives, and no hidden yield mechanics that dilute holders.
- Not opaque about key handling,we publish what the engine actually does. Key material is split into three Shamir shards under a threshold and the signing engine reassembles it in server memory to sign, so JIL is technically able to sign without you.
- Not anonymous, every signing node is operated by JIL Sovereign Technologies: named, and operated by one company that answers for the result. That removes anonymity; it does not remove operator concentration, and we will not claim otherwise. The independent anchor of record is the external RFC 3161 timestamp token, not the node set.
- Not compliance-optional,ZK compliance proofs are built into every transaction at the protocol level. This is not a bolt-on; it is the architecture.
