§ 02Technical Architecture

Submission API

REST-based grant intake. Maps from major grants-management platforms (Cayuse, InfoEd, Foundation Connect).

17-category scan

Same Verdict Engine, configured for grant integrity. Each finding gets a category + severity.

CourtChain™ seal

Sealed bytes are the canonical record. Re-verifiable from any party (foundation, grantee, auditor, regulator).

Lifecycle monitor

Q90 re-scan. Departures (PI leaves, entity changes), new sanctions, new debarment all sealed as deltas.

Recovery evidence

If a grant is challenged, the audit-defense bundle compiles the original verdict + all deltas + remediation timeline.

Data SourcesSame as pre-clearance - OFAC, OIG LEIE, SAM.gov, NIH/NSF databases, OpenCorporates, GLEIF, licensing boards.

§ 04Plain English Example

Worked example

Plain English: a $500K foundation grant, a 15-month lifecycle

Foundation grants $500K to a regional health NGO over 15 months, $40K monthly tranches. Pre-clearance: 17-category scan returns Conditional (1 minor finding - board-member shared address with a vendor; remediation: divest or recuse). Foundation accepts. Q90 re-scan: clean. Q180 re-scan: NGO's CFO is added to OFAC SDN sanctions. Lifecycle delta sealed. Foundation's GC receives same-day notification. Subsequent tranches paused. NGO terminates the CFO; Q210 re-scan green. Tranches resume. Foundation has every step sealed, FRE 902(14) defendable.
